Job summary

Pearse Partners Ltd. is seeking an Associate for its Corporate Development team to work on AI infrastructure opportunities. You will build financial models, valuations and business cases for M&A, partnerships and capital deployment, and drive execution through diligence to close.

You will also support capital raising and financing structures across equity and debt, contribute to corporate strategy, and prepare materials for senior leadership, the board and investors.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ experience in infrastructure private equity
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Exposure to data centres, digital infrastructure, energy or power is a plus

Associate, Corporate Development – AI Infrastructure

Pearse Partners has been exclusively mandated by a high-growth AI infrastructure platform to hire an Associate into its Corporate Development team.

The business

A vertically integrated platform spanning capital, power, land, data centres and compute. It combines the investment discipline of an infrastructure fund with the execution capability of an operating company. The business is well capitalised, commercially established and entering a significant scale-up phase.

The role

• You’ll join a lean team with direct exposure to senior leadership across investing, structuring and platform build. The work will include:
• Building financial models, valuations and business cases for M&A, partnerships and capital deployment
• Running diligence and driving execution through to close
• Supporting capital raising and financing structures across equity and debt
• Contributing to corporate strategy and growth initiatives
• Preparing materials for senior leadership, the board and investors

What they’re looking for
