Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a talented attorney to join our Legal team as Director, Legal Counsel, Corporate & Securities. You will lead governance, securities compliance, and investor reporting, partnering with the VP and cross-functional teams to scale our compliance infrastructure.

The role emphasizes board support, capital markets readiness, and pragmatic in-house counsel leadership in a fast-growing tech environment. This is a Denver-area opportunity with high visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership required.
• 4–7 years corporate and securities experience.
• Deep governance, securities disclosure, and insider trading knowledge.
• In-house or tech/high-growth company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Board materials and governance documentation.
• Oversee securities disclosures and regulatory reporting.
• Support capital markets transactions from diligence through closing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IR, and HR on governance matters.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
