Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Integration Program Manager to own end-to-end integration workstreams within the Corporate Development M&A team in New York. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts across People, Finance, Legal, CorpTech, GTM, and Product to ensure smooth deal execution.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience in finance, operations, or strategy, and a proven ability to translate ambiguous scenarios into actionable plans while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in finance, operations, sales ops, marketing ops, or strategy.
• Track record of owning complex cross-functional work in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to drive timelines and decisions in ambiguous contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own program management of a major integration workstream end-to-end. Build the plan, sequence dependencies, track functional commitments, surface risks early, and drive decisions to closure.
• Develop the strategic judgment to articulate why a workstream should be integrated and why now.
• Manage peer-level relationships with functional DRIs across People, Finance, Legal, CorpTech, GTM, and Product independently.
• Contribute to acquisition accountability metric reporting and escalate as needed.
• Represent the integration team in cross-functional forums with a clear point of view.
• Ramp into new domains quickly and identify gaps before anyone asks.
• Use Stripe-approved AI tools (and create your own) to accelerate and improve your work.
