Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Integration team member to own program management of a major acquisition integration track. You’ll collaborate across People, Finance, Legal, CorpTech, GTM, and Product, taking direction, ramping quickly, and driving the deal lifecycle with a results-focused mindset.

The role emphasizes owning end-to-end planning, surfacing risks early, and using AI tools to accelerate integration work. Candidates should have extensive cross-functional experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in finance, operations, sales ops, marketing ops, or strategy.
• Track record of owning complex cross-functional work in high-stakes environments.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own program management of a major integration workstream end-to-end.
• Develop the strategic judgment to articulate why a workstream should be integrated and why now.
• Manage peer-level relationships with functional DRIs across People, Finance, Legal, CorpTech, GTM, and Product.
• Contribute to acquisition accountability metric reporting.
• Represent the integration team in cross-functional forums with a clear point of view.
• Ramp into new domains quickly and structure ambiguous situations into actionable plans.
• Use Stripe-approved AI tools to accelerate and improve your work.
