Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager for North America Corp Dev to lead deal lifecycle activities from origination through integration. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations or Finance at a large corporation.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in merger and acquisition (M&A) pipeline development.
• Evaluate prospect information from marketing materials, filings, meetings and calls.
• Develop and oversee financial models including DCF, accretion/dilution, and comps.
• Prepare materials for internal management and Investment Committee approval.
• Perform industry and financial analysis to inform investment recommendations.
• Develop a negotiation strategy and lead related negotiations.
• Present findings to Senior Leadership.
• Lead PMI workshops across the deal lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Coordinate front- and back-office teams across multiple workstreams.
