Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned M+C professional to lead communications during due diligence for multiple acquisitions in the Americas. You will coordinate messaging, manage stakeholders, and guide the deal through integration handover while aligning with brand and business sponsors.

The role requires strong project management, superb written/oral communication, and experience with high-stakes, fast-paced corporate environments. This is a hybrid role within the V&A M+C team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) would be advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present to multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead M+C workstreams during due diligence across multiple deals.
• Serve as PMO for each deal until handover to PMI lead.
• Develop and coordinate integrated communications plans; manage approvals of deliverables.
