Job summary

Accenture is seeking an M&A strategist within its Strategy practice to help clients unlock value through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related structures. You will partner with senior executives to define deal strategy, assess market opportunities, and design integration or separation plans that deliver measurable business results.

You will lead M&A workstreams across the deal lifecycle, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to thought leadership and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• MBA or advanced strategy/finance degree a plus
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proven experience leading M&A engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A workstreams from deal framing to due diligence and integration planning.
• Quantify value creation opportunities and translate findings into client recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Support go-to-market and client relationship development.
