ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas seeks a Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions to lead end-to-end deal activity from LOI to close and post-close integration in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will manage cross-functional due diligence, build financial models, evaluate strategic fit, coordinate with external advisors, and prepare concise guidance for executive leadership to drive value creation. Travel as needed across the Americas; 7+ years of experience required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of direct M&A transaction experience in corporate development, investment banking, or similar.
• Experience managing multiple transactions from LOI through closing.
• Industrial/manufacturing background with understanding of operations and working capital.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution from LOI through closing, including planning and approvals.
• Manage cross-functional due diligence with finance, legal, tax, and operations.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and synergy assessments.
• Prepare senior leadership materials with investment rationale and risks.
• Support integration planning and Day 1 readiness; track value creation.
