Job summary

Accenture is seeking a high-caliber Corp Dev Manager to join the North America corporate development team. You will oversee deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations, coordinating front- and back-office efforts from origination through post-merger integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations or Finance at a large corporation.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in merger and acquisition (M&A) pipeline development.
• Evaluate and summarize M&A prospect information from various sources.
• Develop and oversee financial models to evaluate target projections and perform valuations.
• Compile materials for internal management and Investment Committee approval.
• Lead workshops across the deal lifecycle and manage stakeholders.
