Qualifications

Five or more years of experience supporting M&A, integration, separation, corporate development, strategy, finance, or related work.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives in a complex organizational environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transaction execution and integration for multiple acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions.
Plan and execute integration and separation activities to support smooth transitions and objectives.
Develop and maintain transaction workplans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
Drive process improvement and capability building within the M&A function.
