Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development - M&A Integration to support multiple transactions from due diligence through integration. You will develop value-chain analyses, assess entanglements, and manage transition services for acquisitions and divestitures in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Five or more years in M&A, integration, or corporate development.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Up to 10% travel (including by plane).
• PMP or Agile project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions concurrently.
• Partner with Corporate Development leadership to evaluate, plan, and execute complex transactions.
• Lead integration and separation planning to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain workplans, timelines, milestones, and governance.
• Identify key risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review documents and assess operational implications.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Strategy, Operations, Technology, HR, Procurement and external advisors.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to executives.
• Strengthen M&A processes through governance and continuous improvement.
