Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in due diligence, deal modeling, valuation and purchase accounting.
• SOX control documentation and compliance experience.
• SEC reporting support and knowledge of global accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A accounting integration and Day 2 activities with cross‑functional partners.
• Act as liaison with business development, divisional finance and external auditors.
• Prepare schedules and footnotes for quarterly SEC filings and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop and deliver training on M&A accounting trends and practices.
