Job summary

Deloitte's HC Diligence group seeks a Manager to lead human capital due diligence on large M&A deals in the United States. You will assess compensation, benefits, HR compliance, labor relations, operations and organizational culture, and help shape post-deal integration strategies with client leadership.

You will develop recommendations, supervise deliverables, mentor staff, and coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and delivering 50+ M&A Human Capital due diligence projects.
• 6+ years in HC due diligence and post-deal integration activities.
• Experience in compensation and benefit design, HR strategy, and operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HC due diligence engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Quantify transaction risks and opportunities in compensation, benefits and HR operations.
• Prepare data requests and issue call agendas for diligence.
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams, legal counsel, banks, and client HR leadership.
• Present findings and contribute to post-deal integration planning.
