Job summary

Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions practice seeks an M&A Human Capital Manager to guide people-focused aspects of deals. You will lead integration workstreams, shape culture and workforce transition, and advise on HR systems, rewards, payroll and talent strategies.

Travel up to 50% and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in HR/HC M&A, strong communication, and proven change-management skills to help clients

Qualifications

• 6+ years consulting and/or industry experience in HR strategy or operations.
• Experience leading M&A Human Capital, including change management and org design.

• Lead HR workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, integrations and divestitures.
• Develop change management and communication strategies for leaders and employees.
• Advise on HR integration: systems, payroll, rewards, talent strategy and org design.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, timelines and deliverable quality.
