Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager in Human Capital Diligence to lead and deliver HR due diligence engagements within our M&A practice. You will quantify risks, design compensation and benefits scenarios, and collaborate with client HR leadership to drive value across deals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in HC due diligence, strong communication, and ability to mentor teams. Travel up to 50% is expected; MBA or related credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting 50+ M&A Human Capital due diligence projects.
• 6+ years in HC due diligence and post-deal integration activities.
• 6+ years in consulting/industry HR matters including compensation/benefit design, retirement or health care consulting, HR strategy or operations.
• 6+ years experience in HR functions & processes: HR Strategy, HR Operating Models, M&A, HR Technology.
• Experience assisting in business development and/or proposal writing for consulting work.
• Wage range disclosed: $155,600 to $306,800; Bachelor's or MBA trajectory in Deloitte HC Diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HC due diligence engagements and post-deal integration activities.
• Quantify risks and opportunities in compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and Client's HR leadership.
• Develop proposals and support business development activities.
• Mentor and guide project teams; manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Prepare and deliver client reports and findings.
