Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an M&A Human Capital Manager to join the Integration & Divestiture team within the Strategy & Transactions practice. You will lead human capital workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures, including planning, execution, and delivery management.

You will advise on HR functional integration, workforce transition, culture alignment, and organizational design while supporting talent strategy, total rewards, and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in HR functions and M&A or related area.
• Experience leading HR transaction strategy and change initiatives.
• Experience with HR systems, payroll, rewards, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Lead human capital workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures, including planning, execution, and delivery management.
• Develop and implement change management and communication strategies for leaders, managers, and employees during transactions.
• Assess legacy cultures and define future-state culture priorities; align culture with workforce experience and organizational goals.
• Advise on HR functional integration including HR systems, service delivery, payroll, and talent strategies.
• Transform workforce programs to meet future needs; deliver end-to-end workforce initiatives across multiple domains.
• Support organizational design and operating model decisions for post-deal structures.
• Manage day-to-day engagement activities, client relationships, team oversight, and proposal support.
