The role requires strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking, plus the ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently.

Qualifications

• Current MBA enrollment (second year) required.
• Ability to begin full-time employment in July 2027 after graduation.
• Minimum of 5 years full-time work experience.
• Demonstrated experience conducting financial, strategic, and market analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and divestitures.
• Assess project requirements and identify cross-functional resources for execution.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and company analyses for strategic fit.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and synergies for proposed transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models, valuations, and business cases to support recommendations.
• Evaluate transaction structures with legal, tax, and finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate due diligence across finance, legal, HR, operations, and R&D teams.
• Serve as primary contact for external parties and internal stakeholders throughout transactions.
