Medtronic is seeking a Summer 2027 Corporate Development Intern (MBA) in Minneapolis. You will participate in market and financial analysis, deal structuring, and due diligence while preparing presentations for senior leadership.

The role offers exposure to mergers, acquisitions, investments, licenses, and divestitures within a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is an MBA student with strong analytical and leadership skills, able to work 4 days a week in the Minneapolis office during

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a fulltime MBA program (class of Spring 2028).
• 5+ years of experience with an MBA.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for future sponsorship for an employment visa.
• Participants must be able to participate full time in the Minneapolis office 4 days a week: Monday, June 14 - Friday, August 20 2027.

Responsabilités

• Perform market analysis, financial analysis, deal structuring and negotiation.
• Coordinate due diligence and prepare presentations for management.
• Interact with senior leadership on special projects and lead core transaction workstreams.
• Support cross‑functional diligence processes from evaluation through execution.
