Responsabilités

• Lead and support strategic transactions (acquisitions, partnerships, investments, JV, licensing, divestitures).
• Assess project requirements and assemble cross-functional resources for transaction execution.
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses to evaluate fit and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities, risks, synergies, and integration considerations for proposed transactions.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support investments.
