Summit Companies is looking for a Corporate Development Associate in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. This role supports all aspects of corporate development, including company research, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration support for acquisitions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance or accounting, 2–3 years in transaction advisory or investment banking, and strong analytical skills. The position also offers competitive benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of financial due diligence or transaction advisory experience.
• Strong academic background with advanced degrees and certifications (CPA, CFA, MBA) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen new deal opportunities with Partners.
• Source and close portfolio company acquisitions.
• Manage diligence efforts and present findings to the investment committee.
