Job summary

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology leader, seeks an MBA intern to join the Corporate Development group in Minneapolis. The role involves market and financial analysis, deal structuring, and due diligence coordination, with opportunities to present to senior management.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an MBA program (Spring 2028) with 5+ years of MBA experience and US work eligibility, able to work full-time on-site for 4 days a week during June 14–August 20, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a fulltime MBA program (class of Spring 2028).
• 5+ years of experience with an MBA.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship.
• Able to participate full time in Minneapolis 4 days/week (June 14–Aug 20, 2027).

Responsibilities

• Perform market and financial analysis for corporate development projects.
• Assist in deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and proposal preparation.
• Present analyses and recommendations to management and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business units and finance.
• Support senior leaders and participate in multiple active projects concurrently.
• Engage with project teams including marketing, tax, law, HR, IT, and procurement.
