Job summary

The role requires an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of M&A or strategic planning experience, with strong financial modeling and communication skills. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, science, or a technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in M&A or Strategic Planning in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures or related investments.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills - including valuation principles and financial statement analysis.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication; proficient in PowerPoint.
• Experience leading multiple projects and ability to interact with senior executives in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A strategy objectives and track acquisition opportunities across all phases of transactions.
• Participate on teams evaluating M&A opportunities and leading divestitures.
• Develop and communicate strategic justifications to obtain leadership support for M&A initiatives.
• Build and present financial models including valuation and pro forma analyses.
• Assist with due diligence and integration planning as required.
• Support transaction execution and related special projects for the Corporate Development team.
