Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in a state bar and willingness to obtain PA license.
• 6+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and advising on complex commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support contract review matters and transactions related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Provide day-to-day legal counseling to internal business teams on commercial and contract negotiations.
• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts for multiple business units.
• Lead negotiations on contract terms and conditions and assess exposure to protect the company.
