Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of M&A transactions and related diligence.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and closing mechanics.
• Oversee regulatory filings and antitrust review processes.
• Advise on post-closing integration and strategic initiatives.
• Manage outside counsel and legal spend across transactions.
• Provide training and advice on contracting and compliance to internal clients.
