Job summary

MarshBerry, a growth-focused advisor to financial services firms, seeks a Senior Consultant to join its Growth Advisory team in a hybrid capacity. The role partners with client leadership to meet strategic goals, including planning, perpetuation, and sales/talent advisory, while building trusted client relationships.

The position requires 5-7+ years in consulting, strong c-suite interaction skills, and a track record in business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7+ years in financial or management consulting within financial services.
• Proven experience working with c-suite and business owners to drive value.
• Strong relationship building and business development skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or similar database.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements from start to finish with high service levels.
• Partner with clients’ leadership to understand goals and identify MarshBerry services.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners and executives.
• Identify growth opportunities and position MarshBerry as a strategic partner.
• Coordinate new business development activities and leverage other consultants when needed.
• Schedule and manage project implementation workflows and provide feedback.
• Contribute to MarshBerry publications and industry presentations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology and quality standards.
• Travel up to 40% and accommodate flexible/extended hours when required.
