Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks a Senior Manager, Growth and Strategic Initiatives to guide the IAM & OWA growth agenda. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in professional services, management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or a comparable environment.
• 3+ years working directly with or supporting C‑suite or senior leadership teams.
• Prior experience in M&A, corporate development, transaction diligence or post‑merger integration; direct transaction execution experience is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives from ideation and analysis through execution and measurable outcome.
• Proven project and program management capability, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management and stakeholder reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability, and comfort adopting new analytical and work‑optimization tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support the business.

Responsabilités

• Growth and M&A: Serve as the primary business-side coordinator for inorganic growth initiatives across IAM and OWA.
• Identify and research acquisition and investment targets across practices and geographies.
• Lead development of the business-side strategic rationale and business case; manage internal approval processes.
• Coordinate due diligence and market research; support negotiation and analytics.
• Integration Support: Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Marketing and Operations to execute integration plans.
• Coordinate commercial integration: client and pipeline alignment, cross-sell opportunities, GTM messaging.
• Track integration progress and outcomes against the business case.
