Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a driven FP&A professional for the DC / Infrastructure Finance team in the San Francisco area. You will own budgets, forecasts, and operating cost models for data center projects, collaborating with Data Center Development, Operations, and Program Operations.

You will build driver-based models, assess investment returns, and support planning and reporting for leadership and the Board in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience building budgets, forecasts, and cost models for data centers or capital-intensive operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project budgets for data center construction, site improvements, power and cooling infrastructure, and commissioning.
• Track actual costs, commitments, change orders, and remaining scope against budgets; maintain estimates to complete and forecast total costs.
• Model cash forecasts from construction milestones, payment schedules, and commissioning plans; coordinate with Supply Chain Finance.
