Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is expanding its capital markets and corporate development to drive strategic growth through M&A, investments, and capital raises. The Senior Analyst will manage end-to-end transactions, collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute deals that support Lambda’s long-term vision.

The role requires 2–3 years in investment banking, PE, private credit, or VC, with strong financial modeling and executive presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital, ideally focused on AI/cloud.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A, strategic investments, debt and equity raises, and strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, capital structure analysis, and due diligence for transactions.
• Prepare business case memos, financing materials, and executive presentations.
• Monitor industry trends and inform corporate development and financing strategy.
• Develop investment theses and market analyses for decision making.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with sponsors, lenders, investors, and strategic counterparties.
