Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is expanding its corporate development function in San Francisco/San Jose to drive strategic growth through M&A and investments in data centers and real infrastructure. The Corporate Development Associate will play a key role in end-to-end transactions, partnering with cross-functional teams to build business cases and execute deals.

The role requires 4–5 years in M&A, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, and the ability to synthesize market data

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong skills in financial modelling, valuation, and analytical work.
• Experience building real estate development models and merger analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with data center infrastructure, site selection, finance, and legal teams on deals.
