Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking an senior contracts/commercial manager to lead complex agreements for large capital projects. You will own terms across construction and equipment contracts, coordinate with Legal, and drive execution to tight deadlines. This role requires deep negotiation experience and a rigorous approach to governance and risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of contracts or commercial management on large capital projects, with deep experience in construction and equipment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Set contracting and procurement standards, SOPs, playbooks, and approval matrices for Lambda projects.
• Lead master agreements, pricing structures, warranties, and performance security aligned with sourcing strategy.
• Negotiate terms and conditions including liability caps, indemnities, insurance, and change management.
• Coordinate with Legal and outside counsel to drive agreements to execution.
• Advise project teams on rights, obligations, and remedies across contract portfolios.
• Own contract obligation tracking, milestones, notices, warranties, and renewal dates.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, screening, and compliance with import/export controls.
• Deliver regular reporting on contracts, spend, supplier, and compliance data to leadership.
