Job summary

DSV, Lancaster, TX, is seeking an Operational Account Manager, LTL Express to manage and grow customer relationships within our LTL freight operations. You will oversee day-to-day shipment execution, coordinate with carriers and terminals, and drive service performance and cost efficiency.

You will analyze shipment data, negotiate rates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize routing, pricing, and service outcomes while ensuring compliance with DOT and FMCSA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in LTL transportation and pricing.
• Experience negotiating transportation agreements.
• Strong knowledge of LTL pricing and tariffs.
• Experience with 3PL or freight brokerage preferred.
• Proficient with Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with LTL accounts as primary ops contact.
• Manage day-to-day LTL shipment execution with routing and scheduling.
• Negotiate rates, tariffs, and accessorials.
• Provide real-time shipment visibility to customers.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
