Teva Pharmaceuticals in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Long Term Care Associate Account Manager to represent our psychiatry products and collaborate with local sales teams to implement access strategies in the Phoenix South market.

The role focuses on building relationships with nursing homes, pharmacies, physicians, and other LTC stakeholders, driving compliant sales and achieving targets while upholding Teva's values. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or related field preferred.
• Track record of achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.
• Demonstrate business acumen through analysis to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities and attend relevant Society meetings where key decision makers will be in attendance.
• Have a working knowledge of, and established relationships within, the long term care industry.
• Monitor account performance to ensure compliance with the goal of driving incremental psychiatry product sales.
• Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
• Proactively engage collaboratively with field representatives and sales leadership.
