Zumiez seeks a Loss Prevention Business Partner in Lynnwood, WA to help store teams address shrink with actionable reporting and consultation. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager.

Responsibilities include preventing shrink through process improvement, conducting investigations with HR, delivering tailored reports, and educating teams on LP strategies, safety, and compliance.

Qualificações

• AA degree or 2+ years retail inventory experience.
• Ability to gather and analyze information and communicate results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Identify shrink opportunities and provide consultation to store teams.
• Implement and improve processes to prevent shrinkage.
• Provide in-store safety and de-escalation guidance.
• Provide customized reporting and consult on report formatting.
• Educate store teams on LP strategies and alignment.
• Support physical inventory scanning and post-scan planning.
• Conduct investigations in partnership with Human Resources and field teams.
