Job summary

ITC Defense in Lexington Park, MD, seeks a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-259 Foreign Military Sales Logistics, focusing on program execution, reporting, and monitoring activities.

The role requires DoD clearance and a Bachelor’s degree with several years of experience; you will coordinate reports, maintain monitoring systems, evaluate milestones, and facilitate information exchange among government and contractors.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Interim Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; or associate degree and 7+ years; or 13+ years with no degree in FMS/logistics/program management.
• USN ordnance or USAF weapons experience is preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources for program reviews and decision-making.
• Experience preparing program reports, tracking tools, and status updates.
• Ability to track milestones, action items, corrective actions, and deliverables and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with government and contractor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of program reports, briefing materials, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain program monitoring systems for milestones, actions, and deliverables.
• Monitor milestone progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose solutions.
• Support planning, tracking, and reporting for FMS logistics initiatives.
• Coordinate activities among government stakeholders, support contractors, and organizational teams.
• Assist in internal and external communications related to program status and documentation.
• Prepare activity, status, and metrics reports for oversight and decision-making.
• Maintain organized program records and tracking tools for audit readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
