Job summary

ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support the PMA-259 program office in the United States. The role focuses on the international movement of aircraft, weapons, and related materiel, delivering transportation plans and analysis for FMS cases.

The ideal candidate will have a DoD clearance, relevant logistics experience, and the ability to coordinate with freight forwarders and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Interim Secret clearance.
• BS or BA degree with 3+ years related experience.
• AA degree with 7+ years related experience.
• No degree with 13+ years related experience.
• Experience in FMS, logistics, transportation or a related DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Support PMA-259 transportation planning, analysis, and execution for FMS cases involving aircraft, weapons, equipment, and related materiel.
• Identify, analyze, and track transportation issues and risks and support solution development.
• Coordinate international shipment plans, including hazardous materials, per DoD and international requirements.
• Review transportation data, schedules and milestones to maintain shipment visibility and identify delays.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, export logistics, case managers, and government stakeholders on routing and documentation.
• Conduct program analysis, technical research, and schedule tracking for transportation and logistics activities.
• Support ILS activities related to transportation, materiel readiness, and shipment-related supportability.
• Track milestones and elevate issues needing attention or resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR/export controls and SAMM requirements for FMS transportation.
• Support life cycle logistics across pre-case planning, case implementation, shipment execution, and case closure.
