Job summary

ITC Defense Corp. in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman – Transportation to support the PMA-259 program office. This role focuses on international movement of aircraft, weapons, and related materiel under FMS.

Responsibilities include transportation planning, analysis, and execution; tracking issues; coordinating with freight forwarders and government stakeholders; ensuring compliance with DoD and SAMM. A DoD security clearance and onsite work in MD are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Interim Secret clearance.
• BS/BA degree with 3+ years related experience; OR AS with 7+ years; OR no degree with 13+ years.
• Experience supporting FMS, logistics, transportation, acquisition, or DoD program management.
• Ability to analyze information, track program activities, identify issues, and communicate findings effectively.
• Must be able to work onsite in Lexington Park, MD.

Responsibilities

• Support PMA-259 program office with transportation planning, analysis, and execution for FMS cases.
• Identify, analyze, and track transportation issues and risks affecting FMS case execution.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, export logistics, case managers, and government stakeholders.
• Prepare transportation status updates, reports, and briefings for meetings.
• Support ILS activities related to transportation, materiel readiness, and shipment-related issues.
• Review data, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time shipments.
