Job summary

ITC Defense seeks a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support the PMA-259 program office in Lexington Park, MD, focusing on the international movement of aircraft, weapons and materiel. The role involves transportation planning, risk analysis, and documentation for DoD and international requirements.

The candidate will track milestones, support ILS activities, ensure compliance with ITAR and SAMM, and prepare status updates for meetings.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Interim Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or Associate degree with years of related experience; or no degree with extended experience.
• 3+ years of experience in FMS, logistics, transportation, acquisition, program management, or related DoD environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Lexington Park, MD.

Responsibilities

• Support PMA-259 with transportation planning, analysis, and execution for FMS cases.
• Identify, analyze, and track transportation issues and risks impacting FMS case execution; develop solutions.
• Coordinate international shipment plans including hazardous materials per DoD and international rules.
• Review shipping data, schedules, and milestones to monitor shipment status and delays.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, export logistics personnel, case managers, and government stakeholders.
