Job summary

ITC Defense in Lexington Park, MD, seeks a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-259 CSS FMS Logistics. You will provide program analysis on execution, reporting, and monitoring, coordinating reports and documentation with government and contractor teams.

The role requires a DoD security clearance (or interim) and a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. You will help track milestones, risks, and actions, ensuring timely deliverables and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD security clearance or interim clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience; or associate degree plus 7+ years; or 13+ years with no degree in FMS/logistics/program management.
• Ability to research, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources for program reviews and decision-making.
• Experience preparing program reports, documentation, status updates, tracking tools, or other management products.
• Ability to track milestones, action items, corrective actions, and deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government and contractor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of program reports, briefing materials, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain program monitoring systems to track milestones, actions, deliverables, and progress.
• Monitor milestone accomplishments, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose solutions.
• Support planning, tracking, and reporting for FMS logistics initiatives.
• Coordinate activities among government stakeholders, support contractors, and other organizations.
• Assist in internal and external communications related to program status and requirements.
• Prepare activity and status reports, metrics, and management products for oversight.
• Maintain organized program records and tracking tools for audit readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
