The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, cost control, and collaboration with other departments to optimize the end-to-end supply chain. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in manufacturing leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education generally equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 6+ years of job-related experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage material flow, including warehouse, shipping, loading/unloading, and oversee Traffic, Logistics and Warehouse personnel.
• Promote safety culture and partner with safety teams to manage risk and improve processes.
• Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, training, and continuous improvement, holding employees accountable.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee cost controls and productivity improvements; manage budgets and KPIs.
