Job summary

EControls, a global provider of integrated controls solutions for engines and electric drive systems, seeks a strategic Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead material logistics and warehouse operations worldwide. You will oversee shipping, receiving, and movement across multiple locations, drive inventory accuracy, and spearhead continuous process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent preferred.
8+ years managing shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
Proficiency in WMS/ERP platforms; JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E-One) highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory planning, root cause analysis, and Lean Six Sigma tools.
Proven ability to coach, influence, and build cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead daily receiving, storage, and shipping of components and finished goods.
Design warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
Drive FIFO programs and use ABC logic to improve inventory accuracy.
Monitor inbound/outbound freight delays and communicate variances to stakeholders.
Execute processes to hit on-time delivery targets for all business units.
Oversee safety policies and ensure operator certifications.
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
Develop departmental forecasts, monitor budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Establish and track KPIs including inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, and warehouse efficiency.
Drive Lean via 6S in the workplace.
