Job summary

The role requires strategic planning, cost controls, safety leadership, and continuous improvement across the full order cycle.

Qualifications

• Education generally equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Requires 6+ years of job-related experience.
• 3+ years of previous manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow management, warehouse operations, and shipping activities.
• Manage loading/unloading of inbound and outbound material and supervise Traffic, Logistics and Warehouse personnel.
• Drive a culture of safety and partner with safety teams to manage risk.
• Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and training using a continuous improvement approach.
