Job summary

Carnival Corporation in South Florida seeks a Director of Strategic Sourcing – Indirect to lead multi-year, global sourcing strategies across Marketing and Onboard Revenue categories for four North American brands.

You will influence senior stakeholders, manage a substantial annual spend, and develop a high-performing team to deliver enterprise-wide sourcing excellence. This in-office role requires strategic vision and execution across complex portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, supply chain or related field.
• CPSM or related certification is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence and engage across organizational levels.
• Advanced analytical skills with spend analytics and BI.
• Negotiation and contracting expertise.
• Autonomous, proactive, and driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, change management and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic sourcing initiatives across Indirect spend and Onboard Revenue categories.
• Partner with executives to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization in supplier relationships.
• Manage annual spend impact in the range of $500M-$750M within OPEX/CAPEX.
• Lead and develop Sr. Managers and/or Managers on the sourcing team.
• Design and implement multi-year category strategies spanning 3–5 years.
• Establish supplier relationship governance and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive savings targets, cost avoidance, and sustainability goals across portfolios.
