You will coordinate with in-house planners and buyers to maintain proper stocking levels and ensure on-time delivery, inventory control, and safe handling of materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in logistics, distribution, and warehouse management.
• Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, or business management.
• Strong time management skills and customer focus.
• Familiarity with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP/WMS experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping activities for timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage space utilization to meet cost/service needs.
• Develop KPIs and track monthly/quarterly spend.
• Negotiate carrier routes, rates, and freight costs.
