Responsibilities

• Manage the operational day-to-day tasks of assigned Key Accounts.
• Develop professional relationships with key accounts and vendors; negotiate for cost-effective services.
• Producing, reviewing, and distributing documentation.
• Provide customer service internally and externally via phone, email, and other channels.
• Build rapport with Key Accounts to drive growth and margin.
• Research and quote transportation costs for key account services.
• Develop pricing strategies; use analytics to drive profitability and growth.
• Coordinate on-site visits to secure competitive margins and revenue.
• Ensure alignment of client lanes with notifications, reporting, and invoicing.
• Monitor carrier performance and compliance with company standards.
• Identify and resolve issues, and communicate transit delays to clients.
• Ensure accurate client order entry into the system via multiple channels.
• Support invoicing and resolve discrepancies with Sales and Accounting.
