Trucking 2000 is hiring a Logistics Operations Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of key accounts and coordinate daily logistics operations. You will work to ensure on-time delivery, exceptional service, and long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will collaborate with sales and other departments, analyze performance data, and develop proposals and pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with transport regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations; similar background preferred.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and experience managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including dispatching drivers, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations and customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding transportation and logistics.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure that all customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Provide regular reports to customers on performance metrics and address any concerns or issues they may have.
