Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and manage reorders to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with production to ensure on-time shipping and delivery.
• Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot delivery and scheduling issues to minimize delays.
• Support efforts to improve logistics workflows and efficiency.
• Communicate with shippers, carriers, and team members by phone, email, or in person.
• Recognize when action is needed and implement timely solutions.
• Prioritize workflow to use time effectively.
• Perform calculations to estimate transit times.
• Use discretion and good judgment in decisions.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
