Job summary

Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Planning & Logistics Manager to oversee the Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain Systems functions, driving efficient product flows from order entry through customer delivery.

You will lead optimization and automation of order desk processes, manage 3PL warehouse operations, monitor KPIs, and drive large-scale supply chain projects with internal teams and external partners to ensure cost efficiency and superior service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or order management.
• Experience with 3PL warehouse providers and external partners.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP systems and EDI integrations.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order Fulfillment Specialists and Supply Chain Systems Lead.
• Oversee 3PL warehouse operations and stock accuracy.
• Streamline order entry, invoicing, and automation.
• Drive large-scale supply chain projects (EDI/ERP upgrades, warehouse launches).
• Monitor KPIs (MOQ, OTIF, inventory, costs, service levels) and drive improvement.
• Coordinate penalties, deductions, and corrective actions.
• Ensure quality and compliance documentation.
• Interact with inbound carriers pricing and tenders.
