Job summary

Bakerly Ranch is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, and finished goods. You will coordinate transportation, verify documentation, and maintain inventory accuracy using our ERP system.

This role partners with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to optimize inventory turns, implement FIFO, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. This position requires adherence to Bakerly’s safety and GMP standards and offers growth within a hands-on

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety procedures and GMPs.
• Develop and maintain quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain NO-GE systems in operations.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience in a production environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Forklift experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transportation providers to move shipments efficiently.
• Communicate schedule feasibility considering product availability and resources.
• Respond to broker inquiries promptly.
• Review POs and shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Allocate orders in ERP using FIFO principles.
• Create and revise tallies; verify paperwork for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Liaise with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transportation teams on issues.
• Record accurate dates, times, and order numbers for shipments.
• Correctly coordinate carrier pickups and customer communications.
• Track shipping errors and resolve them.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and outbounds tallies.
• Ensure service quality meets Bakerly standards.
• Complete shipping processes in ERP for outbound orders.
• Manage inventory flow with FIFO costing.
• Coordinate transfer needs based on storage space.
• Coordinate receiving schedules and storage constraints with Warehouse.
• Optimize inventory turns and material utilization.
• Maintain inventory management system data for locations and receipts.
