Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 5+ years in logistics, transportation, or fleet management with supervisory experience.
• Direct experience with DOT compliance and FMCSA regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver hiring, compliance, and performance management.
• Oversee fleet procurement, vendor negotiations, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Manage preventive maintenance and vendor relationships to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate third-party carriers to support capacity during peak periods.
• Analyze fuel usage and operational data for continuous improvement.
