DP World Contract Logistics seeks a Senior Contract Manager to own contracts across warehousing, distribution, and value-added services. You will coordinate Legal, Commercial, and Operations, maintain the active contract inventory, drive renewals, surface risk, and lead negotiations with strategic customers.

A legal degree is not required. Responsibilities include managing contract collateral, end‑to‑end renewals, and regional contract inventory; supporting negotiations; applying DP World

Formación

• 8+ years in contract management, negotiation, and commercial/legal advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, legal studies, or related field required.
• Experience with commercial agreements such as MSAs, TSA, NDAs, SLAs and Carrier agreements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Capture and maintain contract collateral for current business for Legal, Commercial, and Operations stakeholders.
• Administer contract renewals end-to-end, briefing teams on milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintain a regional inventory of all contracts to manage expirations and scope changes.
• Support strategic customer discussions and negotiations with Commercial owners.
• Serve as first contact for contract clause questions, escalading to Legal for positions needing judgment.
• Act as liaison between Commercial owner and Legal throughout negotiation and contracting.
• Support Legal on customer negotiation calls, keeping discussions productive while lawyers lead on positions.
• Analyze contracts for risk and profit leakage, proposing mitigations and surfacing risks.
• Support procurement agreements for CL launches and manage third-party relationships through lifecycle.
• Resolve disputes by drafting approaches and coordinating with Legal for timely resolution.
• Ensure departments review and sign off on risks prior to execution and document sign-offs.
• Manage post-execution obligations, tracking deliverables and milestones with relevant teams.
